Hastings Highlands is pleased to offer additional online payment options. Customers are now able to pay any Accounts Receivable invoices online at most financial institutions via Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT). This includes tipping fees, building permits, AMPS fees, and more.
NOTE: To add the Municipality as a payee, customers will require a Customer Number and Invoice issued by the municipality. Search for “Hastings Highlands” (it will have Accounts Receivable or AR attached to our name). This is a different setup than online property tax payments.
Additionally, online credit card payments are now being accepted for Accounts Receivable items as well.
Use the “My Account” option on the homepage of our website (www.hastingshighlands.ca) to register. Select “Pay Other Items” and then “Pay Invoice”.
NOTE: Credit card payments will require a Customer Number and Invoice issued by the municipality. This is a different setup than online property tax payments.
NOTE: Credit card payments will incur a convenience fee of $0.35 per transaction plus 3% of the total amount paid to the municipality, collected by a third-party payment processing system.
