Hastings Highlands Fire Department has a proud tradition of assisting residents and effectively responding to emergency situations.

The Fire Department is comprised of a team of dedicated full-time and volunteer personnel. The Department responds to emergencies and calls for assistance from six fire stations.    

In our ongoing efforts to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our community, we are creating a 10-year community-driven fire master plan to guide operational improvements and enhance how the service is provided throughout the community.

To accomplish this, we have engaged the Emergency Management Group (EMG), to assist us with this initiative. EMG is a consulting firm that has worked with many fire departments in developing their fire master plans, station assessments, and fire service reviews.

To successfully gather feedback, we need your assistance and ask that you take the time to complete this survey. Your confidential responses will help to ensure focused action that continues to meet the diverse needs of all residents.
