211 is a free, confidential telephone help line and website that connects people to social, health-related, community-based and government services in North Hastings, Hastings County and across the province.
211 helps people find services quickly and easily, and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in over 150 languages.

When a person dials 2-1-1, they are connected with a 211 Navigator who is trained to listen and understand the full picture of the caller's unique situation and find supports and programs available to help.
