Bylaw 2024-027 Administrative Zoning Bylaw Amendment for Mobile Food Vendors, Vendors and Public Markets

The Municipality is proposing to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Bylaw to permit mobile food vendors and vendors in commercial and industrial zones and to permit public markets in commercial zones.

This was initiated by and is a result of the approval of the Municipality's Business Licensing Bylaw. The Business Licensing Bylaw requires mobile food vendors, vendors and public markets obtain appropriate approvals and a license to operate.
