The proposed Bylaws are available for viewing in the Council Agenda:
-Bylaw 2024-022 To Authorize the Permanent Closing of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of 522 West Diamond Lake Road
-Bylaw 2024-041 To Grant an Easement to Hydro One Networks Inc. over Parts 3, 4, 6 and 7 on 21R-26579
-Bylaw 2024-039 Municipal Bylaw Enforcement Policy
-Bylaw 2024-042 To Confirm the Proceedings of Council

Towards the end of the meeting, Council will rise from the open session to go into Closed Session as permitted by the Municipal Act for the purpose of:
Section 239 (2)(e) litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board;
Section 239 (2)(f) advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose;
