Paving on South Baptiste Lake Road has Begun! (July 2, 2024)

Starting July 2, 2024 - Paving will occur on South Baptiste Lake Road from 6:00am to 8:00pm daily until completed. Commuters should anticipate travel delays during this stage of construction. Paving will start at Y Road and head west down South Baptiste Lake Road.

R-2024-049: Rezone 3240 Papineau Lake Road to Special Waterfront Residential Zone

The Municipality has received a complete Zoning Bylaw Amendment Application to rezone 3240 Papineau Lake Road as a condition of Consent (Severance) File No. B65/22.

A Public Meeting will be held at the Council Meeting on July 17, 2024 where Council will make a decision on the Application.
