Rezone 248/252 Ponacka Road, Herschel to amend the Special Limited Service Residential (LSR-106)
The Municipality has received a Zoning Bylaw Amendment Application to rezone 248/252 Ponacka Road, Part of Lot 30, Concession 5; Shore Road Allowance being Lots 10 through 12 on RCP 2272, Part 1 on Plan 21R-23504, Part 3 and 4 on Plan 21R-24177, and part 2 on Plan 21R-25943, in the Geographic Township of Herschel to amend the Special Limited Service Residential (LSR-106) for the subject land to recognize the zoning bylaw deficiencies for existing development on the subject property as a result of a Provisional Consent.
This is a condition of severance File No. B68/23.
A Public Meeting will be held at the Council meeting on January 15, 2025, where Council will make a decision on the Application.
