Rezone 264 Ponacka Road, Herschel to amend the Special Limited Service Residential (LSR-72)
The Municipality has received a Zoning Bylaw Amendment Application to rezone 264 Ponacka Road, Part of Lot 30, Concession 5; Shore Road Allowance being Part Lot 12 on RCP 2272, Part 2 on Plan 21R-24177, in the Geographic Township of Herschel to amend the Special Limited Service Residential (LSR-72) for the subject land to recognize the zoning bylaw deficiencies for existing development on the subject property as a result of a Provisional Consent, including development within 15 metres of a waterbody and watercourse.
This is a condition of severance File No. B68/23.
A Public Meeting will be held at the Council meeting on January 15, 2025, where Council will make a decision on the Application.
