Rezone 377 North Baptiste Lake Road, Herschel to amend the Special Rural Residential Holding Zone (RR-140-h)

The Municipality has received a Zoning Bylaw Amendment Application to rezone 377 North Baptiste Lake Road, Part of Lot 3, Concession 10, Part 2, Plan 21R-19371, in the Geographic Township of Herschel To amend the zoning of the property to a Special Rural Residential (RR-140-h) Holding Zone to permit a rural residential dwelling and its accessory uses on a lot adjacent to a waste management site.  The Holding Zone will require an Agreement to be entered into with the Municipality and registered on title to implement the recommendations of the Phase one Environmental Assessment.

A Public Meeting will be held at the Council meeting on March 19, 2025, where Council will make a decision on the Application.
