Site Plan Control Bylaw (Bylaw 2025-012)

Public Notice

Public input is being requested for the Municipality’s Site Plan Control Bylaw.

A Site Plan Control Bylaw is a tool of the Ontario Planning Act to evaluate certain site elements, such as walkways, parking areas, landscaping or exterior design on a parcel of land where development is proposed.

Bylaw 2025-012 Site Plan Control Bylaw will replace the existing Site Plan Control Bylaws 2006-013 and 2007-016.

Public Input can be submitted by January 13, 2025 by:

·         Submit your input through Have Your Say Hastings Highlands webpage 

·         By calling or emailing the Municipality.
