Zoning Bylaw Amendment R-2024-083: Rezone Part Lot 15, Concession 4, Herschel to Special Rural Residential (RR-136)

The Municipality has received a Zoning Bylaw Amendment Application to rezone Part Lot 15, Concession 4, being Part 1 on Plan 21R-26841, in the Geographic Township of Herschel from Marginal Agricultural (MA) to Special Rural Residential (RR-136).

The Special Rural Residential (RR-136) to recognize the lot area and to permit residential development within 500 metres of lands zoned Mineral Extractive (MX).

A Public Meeting will be held at the Council meeting on December 4, 2024 where Council will make a decision on the Application.
