Rezone Part Lot 15, Concession 4, Herschel to Special Rural Residential (RR-136)

The Municipality has received a Zoning Bylaw Amendment Application to rezone no civic address on Lake St Peter Road, being Part of Lot 9, Concession 11; Part 46, Plan HSR-134, in the Geographic Township of McClure from Limited Service Residential to Special Residential Second Density 138 (R2-138) Zone.

The Special Residential Second Density 138 (R2-138) Zone will permit residential development within 500 metres of lands zoned Waste Disposal (WD) and Mineral Extractive (MX).

A Public Meeting will be held at the Council meeting on December 4, 2024 where Council will make a decision on the Application.
