Zoning Bylaw Amendment R-2025-011: Rezone 356 Welsh Road to Rural Residential (RR)

The Municipality has received a Zoning Bylaw Amendment Application to rezone 356 Welsh Road in the Geographic Township of Monteagle from Marginal Agriculture (MA) Zone and Environmental Protection (EP) Zone to Rural Residential (RR) Zone and Environmental Protection (EP) Zone will remain as is. 

A Public Meeting will be held at the Council meeting on February 19, 2025, where Council will make a decision on the Application.
