Zoning Bylaw Amendment R-2025-015: Rezone 115 Rangers Road to Sit Specific Special Waterfront Residential Zone (WR-139)

The Municipality has received a Zoning Bylaw Amendment Application to rezone 115 Rangers Road in the Geographic Township of Herschel to amend the Waterfront Residential Zone (WR) to Site Specific Special Waterfront Residential Zone (WR-139) to recognize and permit the waterfront residential development on a lot with deficient lot area and frontage

A Public Meeting will be held at the Council meeting on February 19, 2025, where Council will make a decision on the Application.
