PLEASE NOTE:

Due to the recent heavy rainfall, there have been several road washouts in the Municipality of Hastings Highlands. Our roads crews are currently addressing a high volume of repairs and are responding to the affected areas as quickly as possible.

 

We appreciate the public for bringing these matters to our attention and for your patience while we address these issues.

Zoning Bylaw Amendment R-2025-023: Rezone 190 McGarry Road to Special Rural Residential (RR-141) Zone

March 17, 2025

The Municipality has received a Zoning Bylaw Amendment Application to rezone 190 McGarry Road in the Geographic Township of Herchel from Marginal Agriculture (MA) Zone to Special Rural Residential (RR-141) Zone. 

A Public Meeting will be held at the Council meeting on April 16, 2025, where Council will make a decision on the Application.
