The proposed Bylaws are available for viewing in the Council Agenda:
-Bylaw 2021-058 to amend Comprehensive Zoning Bylaw No. 2004-035 for Mooney Road.

-Bylaw 2021-087 to Authorize the Permanent Closing of the Original Shore Road Allowance in Front of 158 Golfer’s Lane.

-Bylaw 2021-088 to Authorize Permanent Closing of the Original Shore Road Allowance in Front of 59 Lewis Lane.

-Bylaw 2021-090 a Bylaw to Amend Comprehensive Zoning Bylaw No. 2004-035 for Part of Lot 2, Concession 15, being Part 1 on a Preliminary Reference Plan on Scott Line Road.

-Bylaw 2021-094 being a Bylaw to Amend Comprehensive Zoning Bylaw No. 2004-035 for Part of Lots 2 and 3, Concession 15, except Part 1 on a Preliminary Reference Plan on Scott Line Road.

-Bylaw 2021-091 to Delete the Notice of Option to Repurchase Agreement for 888727 Ontario Limited.

-Bylaw 2021-093 to Delete the Notice of Option to Repurchase Agreement for 2247277 Ontario Limited.

-Bylaw 2021-086 a Bylaw Authorizing the Execution of a Site Plan Control Agreement between the Corporation of the Municipality of Hastings Highlands and NBL Holdings Ltd. for 19 Enterprise Crescent.

-Bylaw 2021-097 a Bylaw Authorizing the Execution of a Site Plan Control Agreement between the Corporation of the Municipality of Hastings Highlands and Universal Seal Inc. for 148-152 McDonald Mine Road.

-Bylaw 2021-100 Best and Pilgrim transfer Part of Lot 16, Concession 14 and Part of Lot 17, Concession 14 being Part 3 on Plan 21R-25906, in the Geographic Township of Monteagle for the purpose of widening Hillsview Road.

-Bylaw 2021-101 Neuman transfer Part of Lot 17, Concession 1, being Parts 2, 3, 4 and 5 on Plan 21R-25607, in the Geographic Township of Wicklow for the Purpose of Widening Nieman Road.

-Bylaw 2021-102 to Appoint Council Representatives to the Committee of Adjustment for the Remainder of the Council Term.

-Bylaw 2022-004 to Amend Bylaw 2004-035 Comprehensive Zoning Bylaw to Conform with the County of Hastings Official Plan.

-Bylaw 2022-005 to Amend Bylaw 2004-035 Comprehensive Zoning Bylaw to Conform with the Natural Vegetative Buffer Policies in the Official Plan.

-Bylaw 2021-104 Product Care Industry Stewardship Plan (ISP) Materials Services Agreement

-Bylaw 2022-001 User Fees and Services Charges.

-Bylaw 2021-103 Services Contract with Ontario Clean Water Agency for Drinking Water Sampling & Analysis.

Towards the end of the meeting, Council will rise from the open session to go into Closed Session as permitted by the Municipal Act for the purpose of:
Section 239 (2)(e) litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board;
Section 239 (2)(f) advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; 
-Legal Correspondence re: Ontario Land Tribunal Hearing
