NOTICE

TAKE NOTICE that The Corporation of The Municipality of Hastings Highlands proposes to enact a Bylaw pursuant to The Municipal Act, S. O. 2001, Chapter 25 to stop up, close, declare surplus to the Municipality’s needs and to sell the following:

  1. Part of the Road Allowance in front of Lot 44, Registered Plan 731, in the Geographic Township of McClure being Part 5, on Plan 21R-25159 (Brookes, 322 Lake St. Peter Road, Lake St. Peter)
  2. Part of the Shore Road Allowance along York River in front of Lot 6, Concession 4, in the Geographic Township of Herschel, being Part 1 on Plan 21R-25072 (Towe, 116 Herschel River Road, York River)

In the Municipality of Hastings Highlands, in the County of Hastings

A copy of the survey plans showing the portions of the shore road allowance under consideration may be inspected on application to the Clerk undersigned.

AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that Council shall hear any person who claims that his/her land will be prejudicially affected by the proposed Bylaw and who applies to be heard at a meeting of Council which will be held for that purpose in the Council Chamber at the Municipal Office on the 4th day of December, 2019 at the hour of 9:00 o’clock in the morning.
