Notice
Take Notice that The Corporation of The Municipality of Hastings Highlands proposes to enact a Bylaw pursuant to The Municipal Act, S. O. 2001, Chapter 25 to stop up, close, declare surplus to the Municipality’s needs and to sell the following:
- Part of the Shore Road Allowance in front of Lot 1, Concession 6, being Part 1 on Reference Plan 21R-26049, in the Geographic Township of Wicklow, now in the Municipality of Hastings Highlands,
(Bateman, 468 South Papineau Lake Road, Papineau Lake)
- Part of the Shore Road Allowance in front of Lot 30, Concession 14, being Parts 4 and 5, Plan 21R-25822, in the Geographic Township of Bangor, now in the Municipality of Hastings Highlands,
(Corrigan, 1842 River Road, Kamaniskeg Lake)
- Part of the Shore Road Allowance in front of Lot 30, Concession 14, being Parts 3 and 5, Plan 21R-25822, in the Geographic Township of Bangor, now in the Municipality of Hastings Highlands,
(Rok, 1856 River Road, Kamaniskeg Lake)
A copy of the Reference Plan showing the portions of the shore road allowances under consideration may be inspected on application to the Clerk undersigned.
And Further Take Notice that Council will give consideration to written comments that are provided to the Municipal Clerk, and to any person who claims that his/her land will be prejudicially affected by the proposed Bylaw and to any other member of the public who applies to be heard at a meeting of Council which will be held for that purpose in the Council Chamber at the Municipal Office on the 4th day of May, 2022 at the hour of 9:00 o’clock in the morning.
