TAKE NOTICE, that the Council of the Municipality of Hastings Highlands proposes a Zoning By-Law Amendment according to Section 34, (10) of the Planning Act.

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: to change the zone category of:
1. Part of Lots 11 and 12, Concession 3, being Part 2 on Plan 21R-16516, in the Geographic Township of Herschel, (the benefitting lands) from the Limited Services Residential (LSR) Zone to the Special Limited Services – 105 (LSR-105) Zone. The change of zone category is to allow the permitted uses in the Limited Services Residential (LSR) Zone and to recognize the existing deficits in minimum lot area, minimum water frontage, setback of the existing single detached dwelling from the high water mark pf Baptiste Lake and the front yard setback of the existing accessory building (garage) from Redmond Bay Lane.
Part of Lots 11 and 12, Concession 3, being Part 1 on Plan 21R-25628, in the Geographic Township of Herschel, (the severed lands) from the Waterfront Residential (WR) Zone to the Special Limited Services – 105 (LSR-105) Zone. The change of zone category is to allow the permitted uses in the Limited Services Residential (LSR) Zone and to harmonize the zone with the benefitting property. Conditions of Severance B84/19.
