The proposed Bylaws are available for viewing in the Council Agenda:

-Bylaw 2023-085 to Authorize the Permanent Closing of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of 665 Baptiste Shore North
-Bylaw 2023-086 To Authorize the Permanent Closing of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of 926 ‘C’ Ohio Road
-Bylaw 2023-075 1000053812 Ontario Inc. Road Development/Right-of-Way Agreement to access
-Bylaw 2023-093 Sprackett Transfer Part of North Baptiste Lake Road to the Municipality
-Bylaw 2023-088 Terms of Reference for Committee of Adjustment

At 11:00 a.m. Council will rise from the open session to go into Closed Session as permitted by the Municipal Act for the purpose of:

-Section 239(2)(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees;
-Section 239(2)(d) advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose;
