Planning Notice ~ Bylaws to Close Shore Road Allowance Meeting December 1, 2021

Take Notice that The Corporation of The Municipality of Hastings Highlands proposes to enact a Bylaw pursuant to The Municipal Act, S. O. 2001, Chapter 25 to stop up, close, declare surplus to the Municipality’s needs and to sell the following:

  1. Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance along Kamaniskeg Lake, (fronting Lot 26, Concession 12) being Part 2, Plan 21R-25926, in the Geographic Township of Bangor, (Briggs/Sanderson, 59 Lewis Lane, Kamaniskeg Lake);
  1. Part of the Road Allowance in front of Lot 23, Concession 12, being Parts 1 and 2, Plan 21R-25956, in the Geographic Township of Bangor (Tatarski, 158 Golfer’s Lane, Kamaniskeg Lake);

All now in the Municipality of Hastings Highlands

A copy of the Reference Plan showing the portion of the shore road allowance under consideration may be inspected on application to the Clerk undersigned.

And Further Take Notice that Council will give consideration to written comments that are provided to the Municipal Clerk, and to any person who claims that his/her land will be prejudicially affected by the proposed Bylaw and to any other member of the public who applies to be heard at a meeting of Council which will be held for that purpose in the Council Chamber at the Municipal Office on the 1st day of December, 2021 at the hour of 9:00 o’clock in the morning.
