NOTICE
TAKE NOTICE that The Corporation of The Municipality of Hastings Highlands proposes to enact Bylaws pursuant to The Municipal Act, S. O. 2001, Chapter 25 to stop up, close, declare surplus to the Municipality’s needs and to sell the following:
Part of the Road Allowance between Lots 10 and 11, Concession 6, being Part 5, Plan 21R-25605, in the Geographic Township of Bangor, (Boehme, 235 Paddy Road, Combermere, Ontario)
Part of the Road Allowance between Lots 10 and 11, Concession 6, being Part 6, Plan 21R-25605, in the Geographic Township of Bangor, (Tonack, 330 Paddy Road, Combermere, Ontario)
Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Lot 3, Concession 10, being Part 1, Reference Plan 21R-25650, in the Geographic Township of Wicklow (Musclow/Simpson, 1744 Papineau Lake Road, Maple Leaf, Ontario)
Part of the Road Allowance along Baptiste Lake in front of Lot 14, Concession 7, being Part 10, on Plan 21R-14855, save and except Part 1 on Plan 21R-15438, in the Geographic Township of Herschel (Anderson, 1773 North Baptiste Lake Road, RR 1, Maynooth, Ontario)
Part of the Road Allowance along Baptiste Lake in front of Lot 14, Concession 7, being Part 11, on Plan 21R-14855, in the Geographic Township of Herschel (Watson, 1767 North Baptiste Lake Road, RR 1, Maynooth, Ontario)
Part of Lot 6, Concession 12, shown as Road Allowance on Summer Resort Location MCC486, being Part 1, Plan 21R-25642, in the Geographic Township of McClure (Brookes, 322 Lake St. Peter Road, Lake St. Peter, Ontario).
Copies of the Reference Plans showing the portions of the road allowances under consideration may be inspected on application to the Clerk undersigned.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that any person who claims that his/her land will be prejudicially affected by the proposed Bylaws shall advise the Clerk in writing, prior to the Council Meeting to be held to enact and pass said Bylaws on the 15th day of July, 2020 at the hour of 9:00 o’clock in the morning.
