Public Notice of Regular Meeting of Council, Planning at 9:00 a.m. in Council Chambers at Hastings Highlands Centre on November 20, 2019.

Public is welcome to attend. Please enter at rear of building up the ramp or steps to the back door.

After questions from the public towards the end of the agenda, Council will rise from the open session to go into Closed Session as permitted by the Municipal Act for the purpose of:

– Section 239 (2)(f) advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose;
Memorandum of Agreement
-Section 239 (2)(d) labour relations and employee negotiations;
Deputy Treasurer
