TAKE NOTICE, that the Council of the Municipality of Hastings Highlands proposes a Zoning By-Law Amendment according to Section 34, (10) of the Planning Act.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: PART OF LOT 32, CONCESSION 1, BANGOR, BEING PART 1, REFERENCE PLAN 21R-25651

CIVIC ADDRESS:  1779 HIGHWAY 517, COMBERMERE, ONTARIO

PURPOSE AND EFFECT:    To change the zone category from the Marginal Agriculture (MA) Zone to the Rural Residential (RR) Zone.  The change of zone category is to allow the permitted uses in the Rural
Residential (RR) Zone. (Condition of Severance B104/19).
