Public Notice of Special Meeting of Council at 1:00 p.m. in Council Chambers in Hastings Highlands Centre on December 18, 2019.


Purpose:
-Appointment Bylaw for CAO/Treasurer
-The Manhattan Project Movie Premiere
-discussion of Engineers Reports regarding the Maynooth Community Centre and future of Maynooth Community Centre

After questions from the public towards the end of the agenda, Council will rise from the open session to go into Closed Session as permitted by the Municipal Act for the purpose of:
Section 239.(2)(f) advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose;
-Agreement
