Severance (Consent): Please complete the severance (consent) pre-consultation form (with as much detail as you can) and forward it with a simple concept severance sketch of the proposed severance to County of Hastings Planner Gib Garrett for his review. The number of proposed lots, sizes and use is required for review. The submission will be assessed and feedback provided for severance potential, to identify any potential constraints, required studies and other pertinent information that may need to be completed in support of any future application for Consent (severance). This review is a free service provided by Hastings County. The number and complexity of received inquiries as well as access limitations may impact response times.
